Run a test for a fwidth builtin function.
Parameters
- t: GPUTest
  the GPUTest
- cases: Case[]
  list of test cases to run
- builtin: string
  the builtin function to test
- non_uniform_discard: boolean
  if true, one of each pair of invocations will discard
- Optional vectorize: number
  if defined, the vector width to use (2, 3, or 4)
